Out of Network Insurance

If you have another insurance provider (other than those listed above), you may be able to receive out-of-network benefits. I am happy to provide you with a receipt of services, a “superbill,” to submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement.

• Please note: If you are using an out-of-network insurance plan, you will be responsible to pay for the full cost of the session (the self-pay rate) upfront, at the time of each appointment.

• Self-Pay Rates:

• Initial Intake Session: $160

• Ongoing Therapy Sessions: $140
